Welcome to this lovey villa at Värmdö outside Stockholm! The house has three floors and is around 400 m2 large in total. 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms), 2 livingrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool, sauna, big kitchen with separate dining room and large, lovely garden. 3 minutes walk to beach, 5 minutes drive to Wermdö Golf & Country Club, 3 minutes drive to shopping centre. You can spend the whole day chilling in the pool area or take car/bus to different local fantastic places or to Stockholm city! The space At first floor you have a large hall, bathroom, a big kitchen, dining room and living room. Here is also one single bed room. At second floor you have a living room with TV, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, also a big balcony vith seaview. Downstairs at -1 floor you have laundy area. Outside you have large garden, the pool area with a large pooldeck, sun all day long (if nice weather) and also a terrace with dining table. From the pool and the terrace there are seaview. Our plot is located quite close to a road that can be quite busy at times, although with a speed limit of 30. However, the house is located on a small hill, which means that you are not significantly disturbed by the traffic, but rather the feeling is that you are in a protected yard with a garden and pool.
