An outside terrace accessible though large glass sliding doors in the living room, gives guests a cozy and comfortable area to sit and enjoy a good book drink in hand. Or to enjoy the ever changing colors of the tropical sunset sky. Our common outdoor area has a beautiful secluded pool area, lounge chairs, outside shower, and gathering terrace. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day of surfing and exploring everything Jaco has to offer. Bedroom Guests are provided a Simmons Beautyrest queen size bed and 5-star hotel quality linens. The room features a bed frame constructed from Costa Rican sourced wood, nightstand shelving with edison bulb lighting and a full closet. There is an in room AC unit, Hunter fan and blackout blinds to ensure a comfortable sleep. Bathroom: The bathroom features all of your necessities including towels, cloths and environmentally friendly soap, shampoo and conditioner. The high ceilings, concrete walls & counter top and LED lit mirror give you a modern city feel in the heart of Costa Rica’s famous beach town. Kitchen: Our modern and stylish kitchen has electric stovetops and concrete countertops. Fully equipped, comes with: - Fresh Costa Rican coffee. - Full fridge and freezer. - Blender. - Cutting boards and a set of sharp knives. - Microwave. - Wine glasses, beer glasses, cups and coffee mugs. - Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils. - Reusable containers. - Cooking essentials such as oil, salt and pepper. Outdoor area: Our common outdoor area has a beautiful secluded pool area, lounge chairs, outside shower, and gathering terrace. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day of surfing and exploring everything Jaco has to offer. Guest access This unit has access to a shared laundry area with a modern washer and dryer tower. Guests also have access to a shared secluded pool, outside shower and gathering terrace. \We have one parking space per unit on site that is available for guests free of charge. If additional spaces are required, free parking is available on the street with video surveillance directly in front of the gate. Other things to note Please note that the pool is a shared space located in the center of all the suites. We kindly ask you for your cooperation in maintaining order and adhering to the schedule which is from 7am to 9pm. Thank you
