A quiet place from which you can walk to some of the most beautiful coves in the town in just 2 minutes, such as Cala Paradiso, Le Scalette, Cala Tre Buchi, and Porto Verde. The strength of the property is also its proximity to the center of Monopoli and the historic center, which can be reached on foot along the bike path in 15 minutes. The space The house has a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, with a table and chairs that can also be used as a workstation, a sofa bed and a TV. The double bedroom has a double bed that can be split into two single beds if you prefer a double room. A two-door wardrobe, large mirror, two bedside tables and a luggage rack make the room comfortable and functional. It is possible, at the request of guests, to add a crib in the bedroom and a high chair in the kitchen. The fully renovated bathroom is equipped with a sink, bidet, toilet, large shower, and illuminated mirror. The property is completed by a comfortable outdoor veranda with garden furniture where you can eat and relax in the open air, read a good book or sunbathe on the deckchairs provided. The Villa's garden is available to all guests with its relaxation areas, umbrellas and sunbeds and the playground for the little ones. Guest access The Villa is bordered by a characteristic dry stone wall, typical of our areas, hedges and an automatic gate. To enter, you must use a remote control that we provide directly to our guests along with the keys to their accommodation. Our guests have access to the outdoor garden, with an old renovated well and car parking. Comfortable wooden benches, deckchairs and sun loungers allow you to relax and sunbathe directly at the property. Other things to note Starting from Villa Susca, you can take the coastal road of Monopoli and arrive on one side right in the city center and at the entrance to the beautiful historic center, while on the other side you reach the splendid castle of Santo Stefano. The city's bike path runs right along our facility. A few steps from us there are the city bus stops to reach the center (if you do not want to use the car), or the other beaches further away from the city such as those in Capitolo di Monopoli.
