No worries about linens, towels, cleaning, or otherwise. the path from driveway to front door is gravel and sloped, please use caution. brave hikers can wind all the way down the hill to "downtown", but its primitive trail and steep, at your own risk! BOATERS: there is no spot to park the boat/trailer on site, and the street is narrow. if you are bringing a boat, please contact me. you can park your boat about 10 minutes away near boat ramps 6 and 7 at our other property. In the event an incident is reported to us, we may be able to review video and provide relevant footage to you, insurance, law enforcement, or Airbnb. SERIOUSLY YALL-- NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS. 5 guest maximum is strictly enforced. Any extra guest will be a $150 per person, per night charge. We welcome up to 5 guests, and you are welcome to have family, friends, visitors stop by, hang out, have lunch/dinner with you,, etc. (no parties). But SOME PEOPLE seem to think that 5 guests means 6, or 7, or 8 can sleep, shower, & fully occupy the house. Guest maximum is based on average occupancy rates and septic capacity-- extra guests mean extra laundry, extra water usage into septic, and septic pumping and maintenance costs to prevent sanitation and public health issues. 99% of people are totally normal and nice and respect the generous 5 person maximum. 1% of YALL WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA GUEST FEES TO COVER THE SEPTIC COSTS.
