Vintage Studio Apartment at Climate Pledge Arena

Studio Apartment with one queen size bed and full size fold down couch - located in the heart of Lower Queen Anne/Uptown neighborhood, just north of downtown with lots of restaurants and nightlife. Climate Pledge Arena is a block away and Seattle Center with the Space Needle, Opera House and Pacific NW Ballet are just a short walk away. The space The apartment is located inside a quaint, 3-story, brick building with a secured gate entry and front door. You will be booking into a studio apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. You will have a dining room table along with a separate desk and office chair. Our basic wifi package is complimentary and we offer a high-speed business package upgrade at a daily, weekly or monthly fee! Working from your home in the city can be a breeze. The apartment has one queen size bed and one couch that can be folded open to a full-size bed. The space is comfortable for 3 grown adults or for a family of two adults and two young children. We can also provide a double air mattress if needed. We have an amazing, professional housekeeping crew to clean the unit and wash all the linens. You will find the apartment fresh and clean! Early check in or late check outs are not guaranteed. If we have another guest checking in or out on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the apartment. In case that we can offer either service, there is a $25 per hour charge up to 2 hours total. We wont know until 24 hours prior to your arrival, so please be sure to ask us! If you want more than 2 hours extra, we encourage you to reserve the night before or the night after so that you can arrive and depart at your leisure. **All guests are advised to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies are enforced.** Guest access Guest will have the entire apartment to themselves, no space in the apartment is shared. Before check in, complimentary luggage storage is offered from 10am until your apartment is ready for your arrival. Luggage storage can be arranged after check out for $45 and must be collected no later than 7pm. Other things to note Neighborhood Noise: Please note that we are located in an urban neighborhood! While we have incredible access to parks, landmarks, restaurants and grocery stores, there is a certain level of noise that should be expected when booking in this area. We may suggest earplugs for our light sleepers! This is a historic building and our walls are on the thinner side. As such, we ask that guests please be mindful of noise levels. Loud music is not permitted at any time and quiet hours are enforced. Accessibility: Please be aware our building is a 3-story walk-up. There are no elevators in the building. If you have preference of floor please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Parking: PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE ON SITE. In our experience, our location is best enjoyed without a car. If you do need to drive, we strongly advise that you make a plan before you arrive. You can find long term parking away from the area and the details near the building are below. Street parking can be found around the building and is free at night from 8pm to 8am. Metered parking is $1.00 per hour, but can vary depending on day of the week or event schedule, with a 2 or 4-hour maximum in the same spot. There is a paid lot on the East side of the building, and another across the street, where you can purchase parking for 10-12 hours at a time with the option to extend for longer or overnight. There are many other lot options in the area, all of which are paid and none are affiliated with Mercer Furnished Apartments. Please remember that we are in a downtown location, situated next to multiple event centers. While this is a wonderful location with amazing access to everything the city has to offer, parking can get very challenging (and sometimes costly!) on event days.
