The cottage features a loft with a queen memory foam mattress, a fully stocked kitchenette and a separate composting toilet and hot outdoor shower. The cabin is dry but has refillable water for sinks and is fully electrified. Enjoy panoramic views of the marsh, wood point and Fort Béausajour from the large cedar deck. The space Tucked away and surrounded by conservation land and forest, this hidden Tiny Home provides an oasis 1 KM from downtown Sackville, and yet feels like it is 100 KM away! Relax on the front deck and watch the deer, pheasants, bald eagles, silver fox and fireflies. Or sit around the fire and watch the stars. Walk the private trails the meander across 12 acres and help yourself to the bounties of apples, raspberries, blueberries, saskatoon berries and cranberries along the way! Meadowmead is fully equipped with all your kitchen essentials, with a double electric element. The luxury outhouse has a composting system and a hot outdoor shower behind it. Other than the shower, Meadowmead is not plumbed, but there is unlimited water on hand with small pumps and gravity feeds over the sinks. Enjoy a private getaway, go to sleep to the sound of the spring peepers and bullfrogs, and wake up to the chorus of song birds and pheasants. Coffee comes with a view of the VIA and CN trains passing over the Tantramar Marsh with Fort Béausajour rising high in the distance. Meadowmead Cottage is located on our property adjacent to our 1790's homestead, however your privacy is always assured!
