Attached on the backside of a Gold Rush Coffee Co. roasting facility, the bungalow offers its own private entrance with a private patio. Perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or catching some sun rays. A private apartment that is one-bedroom with a queen bed and one full bath. There is a sofa bed that turns into a queen bed for extra guests. The full kitchen includes: microwave, stove/gas burners, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, french press, and blender. The private patio offers seclusion and quiet. This is an operational coffee roasting facility that is only open Monday and Tuesday, with minimal foot traffic on Wednesdays. The property offers private parking. We are pet friendly, however it’s 50/per pet. With 25 lb maximum weight. Please no dogs on the furniture, pick up after your pet, and dispose of waste in grey trash can. For those traveling with little kids, if you need a pack n' play and/or a high chair, please let me know prior to your arrival and I'll arrange for you. Guests have a private entrance to their rental. The coffee roasting facility is not to be entered. The host will be available if a guest needs assistance/help either through email or phone.
