The centrally located suite is within walking distance to Downtown Lincoln, including: bars, restaurants, shopping & groceries. For commuters, The Evergreen is located under 45 minutes away from Bloomington, Springfield, Peoria & Decatur. Make The Evergreen your next long-term stay! The space Upon entering from the back yard separate entry, you will travel down a half flight of steps into our laundry room. This open space is shared between guests in both upstairs and downstairs units. Rounding the corner, you will see your Evergreen front door with automated keypad entry. Upon entering your unit, you are greeted by two cozy bedrooms and our botanical inspired living space. The bathroom with spacious shower is just off of the full kitchen. Enjoy high speed Wi-Fi and connect to your favorite streaming services on our smart TV. Other things to note Two guests maximum. This apartment is in the basement of a home. It is likely there will be other guests staying upstairs, just like any other apartment. This is a newly renovated space and several soundproofing measures have been put into place. A sound machine can be provided for you upon request. There is a separate entry for each unit. You will have your own private space. Laundry and backyard are the only shared spaces. Please always be respectful of other guests.
