Barn in Devon

Quirky Birch Barn is a recently converted old dairy. This luxury, private barn has its own entrance, full equipped kitchen, kingsize bed, sofa bed, stunning bathroom, underfloor heating throughout and decking. With idyllic country and estuary views, the barn is 1 mile from Lympstone village and its quaint harbour, 4 pubs and Michelin Star restaurant. Exmouth's sandy beaches, River Exe cycle route, Woodbury Common, South West coastal path and A la Ronde National Trust property are all close by. Guest access You will have access to Quirky Birch Barn and it’s private decking area. The approach is from the parking area at the front of our property. You will walk through part of the garden which is full of beautiful nature and bird song. Please be advised there is a set of steps before you arrive at the barn so probably not ideal for those who are mobility restricted. Other things to note We provide a welcome pack with tea, coffee, fresh milk and a small cake. Breakfast is not included .
