Guest access Access to the common laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for a fee (same key as that of the apartment and the building). Please keep the premises clean and in good condition. A location on the ground floor is provided to store mountain shoes, ski boots, snowboard, etc. so as to avoid noise and the deposit of dirt/snow on the stairs. Other things to note - For information, we invite you to pay the tourist taxes set by the municipality, at the Ovronnaz tourist office (located near the entrance of the coop). The mandatory payment of these taxes allows you to receive a free activities PASS for both summer and winter. For more information on the specific activities included in this PASS, you can contact the tourist office. - It is recalled that the access ramp to the building is heated and that the snowplow passes after each heavy snowfall. The tenant is informed that in the event of too strong and too sudden bad weather, a parking space is available above and to the left of the ramp.
