Note: no smoking and no pets allowed. The space The layout of the apartment is very comfortable and warm: - Living/dining room with bay window, fireplace, flat-screen TV and radio. - Fully equipped open kitchen: • stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ... • Nespresso and filter coffee machine, raclette machine/stone grill, fondue set (cheese and meat), blender, toaster, ... - A bedroom with 1 queen size bed (160 x 200 cm). - A bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm). - Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. - Large south-facing terrace, partially covered, furnished with a table, seats and lounge chairs. Very nice view of the Grand Muveran. - Available: high chair and baby bed up to 2 years, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, covered parking spaces no. 4 and covered. - Laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine and dryer (extra charge). - The apartment located in the Chevalley neighborhood is: • 20 m from a restaurant • 20 m from the free shuttle • 1,000 m from ski lifts • 400 m from the baby-lift • 300 m from the thermal center • 20 m from a tennis court • 800 m from a grocery store - Please note that we provide bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels. - The final cleaning is included in the rental price, but it is requested that you leave the accommodation in good condition. Guest access Access to the common laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for a fee (same key as that of the apartment and the building). Please keep the premises clean and in good condition. A location on the ground floor is provided to store mountain shoes, ski boots, snowboard, etc. so as to avoid noise and the deposit of dirt/snow on the stairs. Other things to note - For information, we invite you to pay the tourist taxes set by the municipality, at the Ovronnaz tourist office (located near the entrance of the coop). The mandatory payment of these taxes allows you to receive a free activities PASS for both summer and winter. For more information on the specific activities included in this PASS, you can contact the tourist office. - It is recalled that the access ramp to the building is heated and that the snowplow passes after each heavy snowfall. The tenant is informed that in the event of too strong and too sudden bad weather, a parking space is available above and to the left of the ramp.
