Description

Master bedroom with private exterior entrance and bathroom. Comfortable, stylish 4 bed/2 bath home close to hiking trails, quick access to Route 66, I-40, and Hwy 89 to visit many attractions, including the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Sunset Crater, Downtown Flagstaff, NAU, Sedona, Snowbowl, and so much more! Spacious backyard, and beautiful mountain views. This house is a room rental property and currently has guests staying in the other rooms. Each room has it's own unique door code. The space The master has a king sized bed and its own bathroom. To ensure the house stays clean, a cleaning crew and landscaper stops by every month. The refrigerator has assigned spots for each room, so please keep your items organized. Please do not take food/items from the other roommates/guests. Guest access Your room number is #1. You will be provided a 4-digit code that will be used to access the entry doors and your bedroom door. Keys are not provided, however there is a lockbox in front of the house in the event the lock batteries die. Garage parking is first come first serve. If there’s an open spot in the garage, feel free to pull in. The garage door code is 5631. Please do not park in the driveway!! You may block someone in the garage if you do so. If parking in the garage, please pull in as far as you can to one side in order to allow 2 cars to fit. I will just need your email to do so. There is another driveway on the north side of the house that is long enough to fit two cars. Do not park in the dirt alley next to the extra driveway, or the city may tow your car. ***IMPORTANT*** Street parking is available EXCEPT from November 1 to April 1 between midnight and 7 AM in order to allow snow to be swept off the streets. The City of Flagstaff may fine you or tow your vehicle if you do not obey this ordinance. During your stay I will not be living at this property full time, but you may see me once in a while! Other things to note House Rules: - Please take your shoes off before entering your room so the carpet doesn't get too dirty. - Please clean up after yourself and keep the common areas tidy - Wash your own dishes and put them away when dry - Smoking is not allowed anywhere in or on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $200 fine and a cancelled reservation. - Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found in the room, this will result in a $200 fine. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM - Do not park in front of the garage. Park either inside the garage, on the street, or in the driveway on the north side of the house. Do not park in the dirt alley next to the extra driveway, or the city may tow your car. - Unapproved guests are not permitted. A $100 fine will be charged for any guests not included in the original reservation. - Please do not move furniture or decor around - Please do not take food/items from the other roommates/guests. - Late check-outs past 11 AM will be charged a fee equal to the cost of 1 night. ***IMPORTANT*** Street parking is available EXCEPT from November 1 to April 1 between midnight and 7 AM in order to allow snow to be swept off the streets.
