Beautiful room with a separate bathroom

The room is spacious and very bright, it has a closet, desk and guests have a bathroom with shower, you can use the kitchen. The dining room is for our exclusive use. There is a community pool a few meters away, we are 100m from a large supermarket, also from the tram and bus stop where you can go to the center of Valencia in less than 30min, the beach is 25min by car, the Exhibition Fair is 15min walk and the airport 15 min by car. The neighborhood is quiet The space The apartment is quiet, bright and very well connected by tram/metro or bus to the city center. In the room there is a very quiet ceiling fan for the summer months and a heater for the winter months. The bathroom with shower is located outside the room and is for your exclusive use. There are 2 spaces shared with us, which are the fully-equipped kitchen and the terrace. There is also a community pool that you can use Guest access You can use the kitchen that is shared with us and the bathroom that is only for guests. You can also use the pleasant terrace with its Zen corner. Other things to note In the room it is not possible to eat. For this we have a small table in the kitchen where I can have breakfast, dinner, etc very nice or even on the terrace if the weather permits. The dining room is not available to guests.
