Located on Calle de la Ballesta, in downtown Madrid, Malasaña area, next to Gran Vía and the Chueca neighborhood. It has the bedroom and living room in the same room, the American-style kitchen and the separate bathroom. It is fully furnished, modern and with a comfortable and current decor. -The bedroom area has a double bed with a comfortable 135cm mattress and cotton sheets. -The bathroom is separate with a large shower and soft XL bath towels, hand towels and a vanity. -The living room has a 90cm single SOFA BED, television and folding dining table with 2 chairs. -The KITCHEN is small American type, complete with everything you need for your stay, kitchenware at your disposal and AMENITIES, plus microwave, toaster, kettle, Italian filter coffee maker and NESPRESSO coffee maker with capsules. It also has a WASHING MACHINE, a clothesline, an ironing board and an ironing board. A tourist area and noted for its variety of venues, cafes, shows and restaurants of all kinds. Ideally, park your car in a parking lot and walk around the different neighborhoods of downtown Madrid. The Barco 1 public parking lot is only a 2-minute walk away. It is small, and it is recommended to book in advance. The covered parking lot of Luna-Tudescos on Calle de Silva, 24, with all-day surveillance, is very spacious and very close to the studio, less than a 5-minute walk. Other things to note Public transportation is next door. You have several metro stations near the studio. (the exit of José Abascal No. 20 has elevator access, more comfortable when traveling with luggage. -By metro, you have a direct line to the Santiago BERNABÉU stadium, from the Tribunal metro station to the Santiago Bernabéu station, it will take 20 minutes on line 10. - To the AIRPORT it will take you about 30 minutes by metro, from the Tribunal station (line 10), transferring to line 8. -To ATOCHA TRAIN station it will take less than 25 minutes by bus. The CHAMARTÍN TRAIN station will take 20 minutes, from the Tribunal metro station, transferring to line 1. -You have a Dia supermarket in front of the apartment, open every day until 11:00 pm, very convenient for daily shopping. -I can recommend a covered public parking lot 200 meters from the studio, just a 3-minute walk from the studio. -I also recommend a public gym that is a 4-minute walk from the studio, which has services of different types of training, pilates and yoga. And another one 8 minutes away on foot, more focused on dance and fitness, with a different and fun methodology.
