Brand New Beach House at Boquerón ;)

Enjoy easy access to the best spots Cabo Rojo have to offer from this perfectly located home base. The space THIS IS BRAND NEW AND WE HAVE NO WIFI YET. NO TV AND NO WIFI. This is a second property. It’s right behind another house that’s also an airbnb. So you may have neighbors on the same premises but only the main entrances would be shared. Guest access You will be able to park inside the property and the guesthouse you’re renting is the one on the back. The WHITE one! Other things to note Notice that my neighbors have an animal farm with all kind of pets that make all kind of noises at any time! This is not always a quiet place. If you’re a light sleeper this may not be the ideal place for you to stay unless you know how to make your own weather. Here’s how I handle it: #1. Close the room’s windows. #2. Air Conditioner turned ON. #3. (I can’t stress this enough). In addition to the AC, please do also turn the Fan ON. This will helps on building an extra layer of white noise inside the room. And voilà! That’s all the vast majority of people needs in order to be able to sleep. If you don’t like to use both the AC and the fan to sleep: you will hear outside noises even more. -Just in case: •Earplugs will be provided. (Most people don’t even used them). -For the light sleepers: If after reading all this info you still choose to stay here: •Sleeping aids are recommended for you to bring so you will have less trouble falling and staying asleep. Another thing to note: * This is a small house with small rooms. If you like or need spacious places in order to feel comfortable this may not be the perfect match for you. Thanks!
