The Coach House - beautiful secluded tiny home

Situated close to the cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester, our beautiful newly converted Coach House in the Test Valley is perfect for families or romantic breaks. Stylishly decorated and furnished, with private parking & courtyard, The Coach House can sleep up to three adults and two children, and provides luxury accommodation for short or longer breaks. The space About the Space The Coach House is a compact, thoughtfully designed tiny home. It is best suited for **2 adults and 2 children, or up to 3 adults**, but please be aware that space is limited. Sleeping arrangements include: 1 double bed 1 small single bed in the mezzanine (accessed via a ladder – not suitable for those with limited mobility) 2 futon beds in the lounge (best suited for children rather than adults) Layout There are two parking spaces to the left as you drive in. From there, you’ll walk through the private courtyard to The Coach House entrance, where the key box is located next to the door. Inside: * Kitchenette to the right * Breakfast bar/workspace to the left * Loft ladder on the far wall leading to the mezzanine single bed * Shower/toilet room ahead to the right (compact space) * Lounge area with futons to the left * Double bedroom area opposite, with streaming TV Outdoor Space Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, with views over the ancient Harewood Forest. A public footpath connects directly to Andover town centre (approx. 40-minute walk) and a Co-op convenience store (approx. 15-minute walk). Please bring your own charcoal for the BBQ and logs for the fire pit. Alternatively, log bundles are available to purchase, just let us know in advance so we can prepare these for you. Please note that after wet weather, logs can be difficult to source, so we recommend bringing your own to avoid disappointment. We provide tea, instant coffee, and milk for your arrival. Food Bundles If you choose one of our food bundles, these are prepared fresh and provided for your arrival so you can enjoy them the following morning. As items are sourced in advance, they are not typically available to request later during your stay, although you are always welcome to ask and we will do our best where possible. Important Notes * This is a tiny home with a compact bathroom and ladder access to the mezzanine * Please ensure you review all check-in details before arrival * We recommend using our provided directions, as standard navigation may not lead you correctly * If arriving late, please plan accordingly and ensure you are able to access instructions and contact us if needed Booking & Bed Setup Please ensure you enter the correct number of guests when booking. Otherwise, beds and towels will only be provided for the number of guests confirmed on the reservation This helps us prepare the space appropriately and ensures we provide the correct number of beds, linen, and amenities. If your booking is for more than one guest, please also let us know which beds you would like made up in advance (e.g. double bed, single mezzanine, or futons). This allows us to have everything ready for your arrival and ensures a comfortable stay for everyone. By booking, you confirm that you have read and understood the above details. Guest access All areas of The Coach House are accessible but you will need to use the loft ladder to access the ‘Tree house’ single bed. 8yrs plus only and please sign the waiver form provided if you intend to use this area. Other things to note We have lots of baby/toddler toys & equipment you are more than welcome to use. Please just ask beforehand. The market town of Andover is a five minute drive away or a 40 minute walk if you are feeling energetic. Winchester is 15 minutes by car, Salisbury 25 minutes, Stonehenge 20 minutes, Highclere castle (Downton Abbey) 20 minutes. Please note: The Coach House is unsuitable for Single sex groups of 3 or more people.
