The Coach House - beautiful secluded tiny home

Situated close to the cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester, our beautiful newly converted Coach House in the Test Valley is perfect for families or romantic breaks. Stylishly decorated and furnished, with private parking & courtyard, The Coach House can sleep up to three adults and two children, and provides luxury accommodation for short or longer breaks. The space The space is appropriate for 2 adults and two children, or 3 adults, but please be aware it is a tiny home! There is a double bed, a small single in the mezzanine (accessed via a ladder) and two futon beds (not really suitable for adults) There are two parking spaces to the left as you drive in. You will walk through the private courtyard to The Coach House door, the key box is adjacent to the door. When you enter The Coach House you’ll find the kitchenette on your right, breakfast bar/workspace on your left. Mounted on the far wall is the loft ladder used for access to the Tree House single bed, accessed from the kitchen. Ahead to the right is the toilet/shower room. To the left the lounge area with futon-beds. Opposite this is the double bedroom area with streaming TV. Outdoors you are welcome to explore our garden and its views of the ancient Harewood Forest. From the garden is a footpath connecting us directly to Andover town centre, a 40 minute walk, and the Co-op convenience store a 15 minute walk. The Coach House is equipped with: Fast Wi-Fi, Air-conditioning, Streaming TV, Premier Inn mattress and a power shower. In the courtyard is a BBQ and fire pit. Please provide your own charcoal for the bbq and please let us know beforehand if you need logs for the fire-pit. Please note if it has been raining logs will be tricky to source, therefore please bring your own logs if you would like to use the fire pit to avoid disappointment:) We provide tea, instant coffee and milk. Guest access All areas of The Coach House are accessible but you will need to use the loft ladder to access the ‘Tree house’ single bed. 8yrs plus only and please sign the waiver form provided if you intend to use this area. Other things to note We have lots of baby/toddler toys & equipment you are more than welcome to use. Please just ask beforehand. The market town of Andover is a five minute drive away or a 40 minute walk if you are feeling energetic. Winchester is 15 minutes by car, Salisbury 25 minutes, Stonehenge 20 minutes, Highclere castle (Downton Abbey) 20 minutes. Please note: The Coach House is unsuitable for Single sex groups of 3 or more people.
