Waterfront home on Lake Dunlap

Welcome to The Dude’s House on Lake Dunlap! Lake Dunlap is back to it's full height! The dam construction was completed last year and the lake is back! Dunlap is a dammed portion of the most beautiful river in Texas, the Guadalupe River. With 2 living rooms and enough beds to comfortably sleep 14-people, our lake house is great for families and friend groups. The Dude's House is 7-minutes to downtown New Braunfels and about 15-minutes to Gruene. The space Designed for Groups and Families: Our spacious abode comfortably accommodates 14 guests, making it a dream spot for families, friends, and everyone looking to experience the joy of the water in New Bruanfels. Only 10-minutes from downtown New Braunfels, you and your family will love this spacious home that comfortably sleeps 14. Two living spaces in the home make it easy to separate kids from adults for playtime and movie watching. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes, and life jackets are all included in your rental. This is a two story waterfront home with 4 bedrooms, an office that doubles as a bunk room, and 3.5 baths. Downstairs is the primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with queen bunk beds, and an office with two twin beds. There is also a day bed with a trundle that is not factored into the sleeping arrangements on the listing. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One has a king bed and the other has two queen beds. There is a living room downstairs and a second living room upstairs. Five arcade games upstairs make for added fun. Enjoy NBA Jam, Ms. Pacman, The Simpsons, Street Fighter II, and Golden Tee! If you need to work, there is a desk with a monitor, port replicator, keyboard, mouse and chair. The backyard is massive. There is a dock and a boat house deck for dining and lounging. We have both propane grill and a charcoal grill on the boat house deck. A hot tub, hammock and fire pit add a little extra coziness as well. FYI for those with allergies -The home houses dogs regularly. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, yard, boathouse, and lake. Guests DO NOT have access to the boat. Other things to note There is a gate code for the driveway and front door code required for entry that will be provided the day of check in.
