Waterfront home on Lake Dunlap

Welcome to The Dude’s House on Lake Dunlap! Lake Dunlap is back to it's full height! The dam construction was completed last year and the lake is back! Dunlap is a dammed portion of the most beautiful river in Texas, the Guadalupe River. With 2 living rooms and enough beds to comfortably sleep 14-people, our lake house is great for families and friend groups. The Dude's House is 7-minutes to downtown New Braunfels and about 15-minutes to Gruene. The space Designed for Groups and Families: Our spacious abode comfortably accommodates 14 guests, making it a dream spot for families, friends, and everyone looking to experience the joy of floating down the Lake Dunlap is full again! Enjoy this dammed section of the Guadalupe River at it's full lake height for all of your summer fun. Only 10-minutes from downtown New Braunfels, you and your family will love this spacious home that comfortably sleeps 14. Two living spaces in the home make it easy to separate kids from adults for playtime and movie watching. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes, and life jackets are all included in your rental. This is a two story waterfront home with 4 bedrooms, an office, and 3.5 baths. Downstairs is the primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and an office with a day bed and a trundle bed. Upstairs are two more bedrooms with two queen beds in each room. There is a living room downstairs and a second living room upstairs. If you need to work, there is an office with a monitor, port replicator, keyboard, mouse and chair. The backyard is massive. There is a dock and a boat house deck for dining and lounging. A propane BBQ grill is on the boat house deck. A hammock and fire pit add a little extra coziness as well. Two arcade games upstairs make for added fun. Enjoy NBA Jam and Golden Tee! FYI for those with allergies -The home houses dogs regularly. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, yard, boathouse, and lake. Guests DO NOT have access to the boat. Other things to note There is a gate code for the driveway and front door code required for entry that will be provided the day of check in.
