Explore the property, the nearby river or go for a short drive to the estuary or the ocean beach. The local wildlife is very active on this property and can be observed at anytime of the day or night. Plenty of books and games are available for an inside day. When have you last danced to some old records? The space This B&B is a Self contained unit attached to the main house on the property. The host lives in the joining building. The unit is all double glazed and has great heating/cooling and makes this a comfortable space all year around. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole unit and are welcome to explore the gardens and the native bushland on the property. Kayambil is still in the process of being restored and brought back to its full glory. So hosts and local helpers might be active with working outdoors during your stay. Please let the host know at the time of booking if you intend to use a second bed. There is a second bedroom available with a double bed that can be prepared for you. However, bathroom can only be accessed from main bedroom. Other things to note Three inside cats also live in the building next door and dogs are frequently visiting. While they don’t have access to the B&B this space is not recommended if you have any allergies to pets. This property is slowly converting to a hobby farm but also has a lot of active wildlife. Be prepared for some animal interactions.
