Beautiful mini-house-boat, well located and nice view

Come and enjoy our area from the comfort and warmth of our tiny house, with a rural location, close to the best-known wave of Buchupureo, the stone church, and central in relation to the northern and southern beaches. This little house was made with a lot of love and it shows! The space It is a boat house. On the first floor is the living room/kitchen that has a delicious stove that heats the house very well, a folding table, a futon armchair, refrigerator, a small oven, kettle, coffee maker, a burner for cooking. Bathroom: Ecological Bathroom System with sawdust (also known as dry bathroom). The bathroom is made of slab stone with a transparent roof (it feels like you're outside, but being inside, it's special!). The dry toilet works like a normal toilet, but instead of flushing, it is covered with sawdust that absorbs the odor completely efficiently. When the guests leave, it is taken to composting where it is left to rest until it becomes soil. On the second floor is the double bed with a beautiful view to the Northeast and West (Sunrise and sunset) Outside, on the terrace (or on the deck!), there is a dishwasher. Guest access The land has a small pumptrack of bicycles for adults and children. There is also a pine slope, where you find callampas and copihues, and it reaches a very quiet plane, with very old apple trees, boldos, blackberries, plums, olive trees, etc. Other things to note Lunch/meal service is available some days at home for an additional fee. And I also have a list of restaurants to visit or order takeaway food. Outdoor animals are accepted, although they must remain tied, since there are always chickens from neighbors loose around (dogs that are not used to them play with them and kill them) For long stays (longer than 28 days DURING THE WINTER MONTHS, BETWEEN MAY AND AUGUST INCLUDED) an extra value will be charged for common expenses (specifically heating).
