The space Charming 1-bedroom retreat featuring an en-suite bathroom with a heated floor and a spacious open-concept living area. The comfortable living room centers around a cozy gas fireplace, while the fully equipped kitchen seamlessly connects to both indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry, entertainment options for children, and a propane BBQ for outdoor cooking. This duplex unit offers complete privacy with its own entrance and intimate patio featuring bistro seating for two. Guest access You'll have complete privacy in the front unit, which functions as your own independent apartment with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The washer and dryer are located in a shared area accessible to both units. We often stay in the back unit of the property, making us neighbors who share the same building but maintain separate entrances and living spaces. This arrangement gives you your own unit while providing the convenience of having someone nearby if assistance is needed. We respect your privacy and won't interrupt your stay unless you reach out. Other things to note A Smoke-Free Sanctuary - To ensure a fresh, comfortable environment for all our guests, we maintain a smoke-free space inside the unit and on the patio. For guests who smoke, we've designated the parking area as a convenient outdoor smoking zone.
