(a couple of twin trundle beds for kids, if needed) Poppy Cottage: Modern 1 bedroom , one level with king bed and air mattress sleeps 4 with air mattress, spa like and spacious! Yard! large stainless steele kitchen. Fenced yard. Posie Cottage: Delightful 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom. Queen bed, full bed and twin trundle. sleeps 4 plus kids. air mattress. adorable outdoor patio. Periwinkle Cottage: Charming and large 2 bedroom 2 bath with king bed and queen bed room. air mattress. Sleeps 4 plus kids.also has a diningroom with french doors if you need to work. Peony Cottage: Sunlit 1 bedroom and with air mattress sleeps 2, plus kids! So cute! *all units have AC *all units have their own private outdoor space *all units have their own laundry *all units have parking *all units have a queen sized air mattress......bring own sheets if you plan to use them *beds are all freshly made with clean sheets and bath towels. *each unit has beach towels and beach chairs. Guest access When renting the whole compound, you have access and privacy at Beach Hive 5! The whole place is yours! The house is designed to be the epicenter of the gathering, but each cottage still operates individually for privacy when needed . The compound is 1 acre, very close to the beaches and downtown Newport! This is a charming and unique property and is perfect for large family gatherings or wedding accommodations. Set up croquet, volleyball, or corn hole! Have a BBQ! Have wine around the fire pit! All units have their own gas grill and outdoor areas. Please discuss plans with owner before booking. Unique and festive!! Plenty of parking!! Beach chairs and beach towels are provided! AC in all units and outdoor patios/yards! The cottages are all one level and the house spans 3 levels. The house went under a heavy renovation and the cottages have also been updated! Just installed a firepit in the yard of the house. Furniture and mattresses are all new and we get lots of compliment on our mattresses!! Bedding, 100 percent cotton sheets and bath towels are all provided. Wonderful and unique spot in Newport! Yard is fenced at the house and cottage 1A! New patio installed at cottage 1A. Other things to note Too much to describe, but in a nutshell we designed this with large gatherings in mind! The house is the focal point and has a chef's kitchen and spans 3 levels. While renovating we installed a SONAS speaker system which you can play music on all 3 levels. Brand new regulation sized pool table in the first level lounge area! Such a cool and unique space. The house is equipped with all amenities! There is both a drip coffee maker and an espresso machine! Service for 16 people in the main house! Large yard and second level wrap around deck with peek a boo water views! For those cool evenings, enjoy smores by the newly installed fire pit. The cottages are spread out on the property and are equally delightful! Each cottage functions as an individual unit and has all the amenities that are needed! Outdoor space, fully stocked kitchens and parking! Also, each unit has AC.
