Amicable, educated single professional. High speed Wifi, all amenities included. One direct bus line to down town Seattle, and all tourist attractions. 2 miles to downtown Bellevue, 3 miles to downtown Kirkland, beautiful set-up / front yard and backyard. Very safe and family oriented neighborhood. Plenty of parking, I can also provide one car garage for an additional fee. The space Note: The owner lives in his house, so certain areas of this house is shared. But you will have access to anything (The rooms are private and you will have private bathroom too). But if you would like to have house to yourself, some arrangement could be made. Depending on the duration of stay, date of stay and number of people staying. Rules: 1- No smoking - not even outside the house. 2- No pets 3- Max guests 2 people (Exceptions for families with kids) 4- No shoes inside house 5- No visitors - Not for just taking a shower or even for saying hello. 6- No party Other things to note Safety devices: 1- Ring doorbell at outside entrance 2- Ring Backyard outdoor Floodlight 3- Ring Camera inside car garage 4- Ring Front yard outdoor Floodlight 5- Ring indoor motion sensors at main entrance and back entrance - No video or voice recording 6- Ring indoor contact sensors on main entrance, back entrance, laundry room, garage door and master bedroom - No video or voice recording These devices will be always on, and the "outdoor" devices will always be recording any motions.
