The private room, very cozy, with a single bunk bed, shared bathroom and equipped kitchen, inserted in a charming 5-bedroom apartment in one of the most typical and oldest neighborhoods of Lisbon, Estrela, quiet, but 20 minutes walk from the center of everything! The space This house, which is over a century and a half old, has recently been restored and adapted to modern needs and technologies without losing the old features that characterize it. Don't expect a hotel, but the tall doors and windows, hardwood floors, and matching furniture create the typical Portuguese lodging experience. In all rooms you will find a flat-screen TV, desk and chair, electric heating, bedding, towels, lock and 5G Wi-Fi (domestic). This room is private, the smallest in the accommodation, with a 90x200 cm single bed and an open wardrobe with hangers and a full bathroom with shower, hairdryer and bath gel shared with two other rooms (up to 5 people in total). Guest access The fully equipped kitchen with dining area and canopy, as well as the access corridors, are accessible to all guests of the accommodation (Up to 5 bedrooms / 9 guests). However, its use requires respect for the other guests, and also for us, leaving everything clean and tidy after each use, placing the items in the designated places for each room and respecting the quiet hours, when it is not possible to cook (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.). This room shares a full bathroom with shower, hairdryer and shower gel with two more rooms (up to 5 people in total). It is important to keep it clean and tidy after using it and leave belongings in the spaces indicated for each room. The common areas are cleaned and maintained daily (11 a.m. - 2 p.m.) and the accommodations at each check-out or every 7 nights (11 a.m. - 2 p.m.). During your stay - We provide a “STAY LIKE A LOCAL” experience, and we hope you challenge yourself to be autonomous and independent, but also responsible, during your stay with us. - The Accommodation Information Manual will help you have a more comfortable and safe stay. It will also give you all the directions on how to best enjoy the neighborhood; - We will also be available for all questions and concerns within normal working hours (10 a.m. - 8 p.m.) and for stays longer than 8 nights we will do an intermediate cleaning and maintenance checks. Other things to note We like our guests to consider this a shared space where global diversity abounds, which requires respect and tolerance on the part of all, as well as strict compliance with the rules we have chosen to balance the environment we want to provide. Consider that we are just a lodging. As a courtesy, we provide desks, work chairs and 5G wifi, but we are not an office. We also provide information on transportation, restaurants, and points of interest, but we are not a travel agency. We are also available to help with whatever is needed, but preferably within working hours (10 a.m. - 8 p.m.), but we do not have a concierge service.
