Blueview~Getaway @ the heart of the Sunshine Coast

We welcome you to 'Blueview', an apartment on the side of a hill near Mount Ninderry; a semi-rural area central to all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer! The unit is a private place with all that you need to relax after a day's exploration; sunsets from your deck can be spectacular. Relax and explore - - only five minutes to the highway and 15 minutes to Coolum Beach. We look forward to meeting you! The space You have direct undercover access from your parking place in the garage, in to Blueview's kitchen~living area. To the left are the bathroom, study and bedroom. The latter two have double sliding doors, which when open allow for a spacious environment and flow-through breezes or when closed provide privacy when needed. Rooms look out onto the garden. Aside from a vanity, linen cupboard and walk-in rain shower, the bathroom has a washer and dryer. There is also an outdoor folding clothesline. The main bedroom, with queen bed, a full wardrobe and block out curtains, has a relaxing, private outlook. By arrangement, the convertible lounge in the study can be converted to a double bed to accommodate a child (over 6 ), or 3rd adult. The study provides a space for those who need to 'work from home' with a desk, books and games. Unlimited wi-fi is throughout the space. The kitchen has a bar, full-size fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric 4 burner cooktop, benchtop oven, sandwich maker, cooking utensils, and pots and pans for you to indulge in culinary feats if you wish. Eat at the dining table or al fresco outside on the deck. We do supply provisions for a light breakfast - cereal, bread, eggs, milk, butter, jam . Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, preferences or allergies. The living area has a smart tv with Netflix and Chromecast. Double sliding doors lead from the living area to your private deck with outdoor furniture and sun blinds . . and a barbecue. Please note that this deck is not suitable for infants or toddlers regards safety issues ( 1 meter off the ground). In the study is a Winix air purifier as an extra measure for maintaining good air quality. It has Hospital-Grade HEPA Filtration and is Australian test certified and is on a timer; no need to set. We have two boogie boards, umbrella and beach chairs for your use. Our water comes from the sky . . . It is filtered and un-chlorinated. As we live on the property, we are available for any questions or just a chat. Feel free to say hello! We respect your privacy, but enjoy meeting travellers and are available to answer any questions! We wish for you to relax and enjoy exploring the area! Guest access More than likely we will be around to greet you and settle you in. There are two parking areas available. One space in our garage with direct keypad access. There is an optional space in the shed for larger vehicles,. Other things to note We are in close proximity to the Spirit House , renowned restaurant and cooking school and The Rocks and Yandina Station; wedding venues. If we are able to on the day, we are happy to provide transport to and from these venues or other restaurants in Yandina for your convenience.
