The space The Space The heart of the home is the great room — a stunning family room with a fireplace and full glass accordion doors that dissolve the wall between inside and out, opening directly onto the backyard. It’s the kind of space where you naturally end up all together without planning it. Outside, the private fully-enclosed backyard is built for long evenings: a fire pit dining table that seats 10 comfortably, a private spa to unwind in after a day at the beach, and plenty of space for the kids to run while the grown-ups settle in. No neighbors watching. Just your family and the California night sky. The chef’s kitchen has everything you need to feed a crowd — filtered water, ice maker, full cookware, dinnerware, and both a Keurig and drip coffee setup for however your mornings run. A second dining room with French doors opens to the ocean-view yard and lounge area — perfect for a big family dinner.
