The space The ancient wooden structure from the 1700s, located in the historic villages of Sappada/Plodn, represents a treasure of historical and architectural value. Built entirely in Blockbau, it has kept its traditional charm intact over the centuries. Recently, the building has undergone a meticulous internal renovation, transforming it into a class A+++ home, thanks to the adoption of advanced technologies for energy efficiency. The renovation has preserved the original appearance of the building, maintaining the characteristic elements of the Blockbau, and has included the installation of cutting-edge technologies for energy saving. These include thermal and acoustic insulation, LED lighting, solar panels for clean energy production, and efficient heating and cooling systems. Guest access The breakfast room is accessible for tea or herbal tea tastings, but the kitchen is forbidden. Staff are available for assistance at an additional cost.
