On the second floor - Room 3: two single beds, possibility to convert them into a double bed. - Room 4 : one king size (160×200) - Room 5: one king size bed (160x200), two single beds, with ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, sink, WC -Room 6: one double bed (140x190), one single bed, a bathtub, sink and a connected WC - A bathroom with shower, double sink, and WC Outdoor area: - Private 26 degree, heated salty water swimming pool. Opened from mid May to mid October. For the safety of the kids our swimming pool is equipped with a roller blind under the French norms NFP 90 308 Pool dimensions: 4m x 9m -The house is established on a land surface of 8000sqm2, that includes another house where the owners stay. Each house has its own private area. You will enjoy a private area of about 5000 sqm2 as well as your own entrance's gate. - A 70sqm2 exotic wood terrace area around the pool, connected to a 50sqm2 terrace with its pergola. The house is located in the quiet village of St Etienne d'Orthe amidst corn fields and forest. For nature lovers, in search of a tranquil spot. Not to miss the Wednesday morning market in Peyrehorade. The area is great for walks, bicycle rides, kayaking on the river, surfing spots 25mn away (in Hossegor). Great products available nearby at our local farms.
