Antlers at Stag Leap- Authentic cabin experience!

Antlers Log Cabin is the crown jewel of our property! Your whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique cabin. It was built by Wayne and Kirby (the owner and his son) using pine logs cut and cured from our own property. Two walls of windows allow tons of natural lighting into the main living and dining areas. A huge wrap-around porch elevated high above the ground provides ample opportunity for enjoying the outdoors. It's the perfect large-group getaway! The space Antlers has a large gathering room with two leather sofas, a smart TV, two dining tables, and a serving buffet table. The cabin is centrally heated and cooled for your comfort. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with a shower. It also contains a desk, chair, and smart TV. The Deck Suite has a queen bed, a private wet bath with a shower only, and an open-concept vanity. A French-style door opens onto a small, private deck that has a large jacuzzi tub so you can soak and relax among the trees. Guests enter the Deck Suite through the attached sunroom, which is great for afternoon naps or an additional sleeping area. The sunroom has a twin-sized daybed with a trundle, a game cabinet, and a TV with Roku. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and two twin-sized beds. It has an open-concept bathroom with a tub only. A fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, efficiency stove/oven combo, and drip-style coffee maker will allow your group to prepare meals of any size. A spacious, wrap-around deck with rocking chairs, a patio table and chairs, a picnic table, and a grill provides the perfect setting for gathering with family and friends. Steps lead down to a large fire pit and a path to the Bonaldo Creek. ***IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THIS CABIN & OUR PROPERTY*** The hot tub, laundry room, and activity field are shared amenities. The hot tub is about 1/4 mile from this cabin and may be reserved for an hour of private use; however, you do not have to reserve it to use it. All other amenities are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. We have a NO PETS & NO SMOKING/VAPING policy for this cabin. Smoking is only allowed outside the cabin, away from open doors and windows. Extra fees will be charged if we determine smoking has occurred inside the cabin. Guest access Your cabin is on 250+ acres and has multiple trails for exploring the woodlands. We offer golf cart rentals for an additional fee. A link will be provided in your reminder and check-in messages if you'd like to rent one. We offer a contact-free check-in. You will be provided a map and directions to your cabin when you arrive at the main house on the property. You will have full access to your cabin. The cabin will be unlocked when you arrive, and you will find a key inside so you can secure your possessions if you leave. You also have access to a free laundry facility attached to the hot tub area. All guests on the property have access to the hot tub, but it can be reserved for private use for an hour at a time for no additional fee. Other things to note Although we aren't very far from great places to eat, you may never want to leave the property once you arrive! Feel free to bring your own food or visit one of our local grocery stores to stock up for the weekend. We have tried to provide everything you'll need in the kitchen, but if something is missing, we will be happy to accommodate any reasonable requests. Look through the Stag Leap Guest Book for suggestions of places to eat, shop, and play. We are located just 10 miles outside of Nacogdoches, the oldest town in Texas, and 4 miles from beautiful Lake Nacogdoches, where you can enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, picnicking, and disc golf. Our area is full of history and offers many beautiful places to explore! We have six other cabins on the property, but they are spread out and tucked into natural surroundings to provide our guests with maximum privacy.
