Quiet and sunny flat in modern apartment building in STYLISH POBLENOU (22@), the TRENDIEST neighborhood of BARCELONA (shops, bars, restaurants). 8 min walking distance to the BEACH (Marbella/Bogatell) and subway (5 stops to historic city center - La Rambla, etc.). Very privileged location to combine beach and city life! Free high speed Wifi! Authentic (non-professional) photos! The space All 3 beds are double, size 140 x 200 cm. There are no special views (internal square courtyard - zero street noise!), and the apartment is very sunny and airy! Towels and bed linen are of course included in the price for all guests. We can provide extra towels (e.g. for the beach) for an additional charge of 5 euros each if you let us know until one day before check-in. Out of respect for the neighbors, you cannot have parties or loud music in the appartment. There should be enough party options outside in Barcelona though. ;) If you reserve for 7 people, there will be a folding bed for the 7th person that can be located either in the living room, or in one of the smaller bedrooms, which would be all bed then. ;) Guest access Street parking is free on weekends, but availability might be an issue. There is an official multistorey car park at 3 minutes walking distance with reasonable 24h+ fees. We can give you all information about online reservation in advance etc. if you wish. Other things to note You will find personalized sightseeing, shopping and foodie recommendations in the apartment. There are two huge beach towels (3 people or more each), a parasol, an umbrella and a fan for you. We speak English, German, Spanish and Catalan! ;) No fee for late check-in at any time of the night! 8 Euros per night and per person will be charged upon check-in to cover the legally required city tax which all hosts are obligated to collect in Barcelona. We will charge this upon check-in and give you different payment options, such as Airbnb, Bizum, Ppal or cash. Tax not applicable for kids! The check-in can be personally or through a coded key box located right next to the apartment.
