Peaceful annex in walking distance to the forest

Light and cosy self-contained annex is located down a quiet street close to the New Forest. A five minute walk will take you to the forest where you will often meet New Forest ponies and cows. There are also plenty of local pubs in close proximity and a local shop. There is plenty to do such as walks and bike rides in the forest, shopping trips in Lyndhurst. For families and little ones, it’s less than 15 minutes drive to Paultons Park where you find Peppa Pig World. The space The annex has it's own private access and off road parking. The bedroom enjoys a comfy double bed and plenty of natural light. There is a small open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all amenities needed for a simple but relaxing holiday, such as fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and small countertop oven. You will find tea and coffee and other goodies waiting for you. The living room features a sofa that also doubles as a bed making (when out the sofa bed is king size) it possible to sleep two children and a TV. The double doors step out onto a small patio, with a bistro table for outdoor use . There is a shower room and a separate toilet adjacent to the bedroom. The annexe is not the biggest in the world but the space is utilised well to make it comfortable and cosy. It would not be suited for 4 adults, but great for two adults and younger children. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxed, quiet New Forest break at any time of year. Guest access Access to the annex is via a separate entrance with its own front door. There is one step up into the annex. The annex patio is for guest use only but you may see us occasionally as we come and go! Other things to note There is a highchair and travel cot ready in the annexe if needed for the little ones and you will find lots of toys in the annex. Just let us know and we can set it up for you. We can provide sheet for the cot but unfortunately no baby/toddler pillow or duvet, so please bring your own. We have a 3-year old so we know what it is like to travel with little ones.
