The Claire Lou is a dreamy home in the beloved Country Club cottage section of Wichita Falls. Your host has thought of everything you could need and welcomes all special requests. The Claire Lou's location is ideal and guests love the peacefully happy vibe! The space The Claire Lou’s primary bedroom has an amazing king bed, custom closet, and elegant en suite bathroom with a marble shower. Two smaller bedrooms and a large bathroom are down the hall. One room has a full-sized bed. The other has a twin day bed with a roll-out twin trundle. All bedrooms have tons of new pillows, comfy new bedding. The two larger bedrooms have Samsung screens with Apple TV or Fire Stick, desk, chairs, etc. The twin beds bedroom has a large closet with extra linens, towels, queen-sized air mattress, pack-and-play with bassinet, and more! The hallway bathroom has a large bathtub with hose showerhead and a spacious vanity area. Both bathrooms are exceptionally clean and stocked with the extras you may have forgotten to pack. The living room features cozy seating and an amazing Samsung HD SmartTV with easy access to live networks and streaming services (including Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, and Apple TV.) Watch a movie or your favorite team with your whole group! The kitchen is the highlight of the house. With new appliances, plenty of space, and pantry, you'll have everything you need to store or prepare food. There’s a small breakfast table in the kitchen to enjoy coffee and conversation. Between the kitchen and living room is the dining room, which has a large dining table that comfortably seats 6 but extends for a larger gathering. The table extension and 4 additional chairs are stored in the kitchen pantry. The mudroom/laundry room is off the kitchen with a back door entry. The windows on 2 walls has a great view of the backyard and parking. Washer & dryer for your use with detergents, ironing and pet supplies in the mud room cabinets. The gated driveway runs from the front curb to the backyard, where there is plenty of parking space. You can close (and lock) the gate as you wish to securely enjoy the spacious fully-fenced yard. This property is the perfect home base for any group, family or friends to visit Wichita Falls. It's in one of the best, most lovely and safest neighborhoods in town. It's located in the geographical center of the city. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Shepard AFB, downtown WF and most surrounding communities. Restaurants, shops, gyms, MSU campus, businesses, movie theater, and park are close enough to walk. Guest access Guests are provided the house key for self check-in via a smart key box located under the mailbox at the front door. By entering a unique automatically generated code, guests retrieve a set of two keys from the IglooHome device and return the keys to the IglooHome key box at check-out. The keys are: 1) one door key that fits both the front door and the back door and 2) a padlock key to secure the driveway gate (if extra security is desired, rarely used). Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of (1) a locked cleaning closet located off the kitchen, (2) a locked closet in the primary bedroom, and (3) the detached garage. Upon request, the host is happy to provide the garage door opener to allow guests to access outdoor dining tables, grills, backyard games, dog pool, etc. stored in the detached garage. Other things to note Pet bowls, treats, supplies in mud room cabinets. Pooper scoopers on the back driveway near the trash cans. Baby gate is in the 3rd bedroom closet. Baby bath items are in hall bath cabinets. Booster seat, toddler dishes in a lower kitchen cabinet. First-aid, OTC medicines, other supplies in an upper kitchen cabinet. Look all around for items you may need. Everything is there for YOU! There are two Nest cameras: (1) the front entry door and (2) on the exterior of the detached garage/back driveway. Please be aware, your host does not view or record cameras to spy on guests. She relies on them in real time for general security, tree limbs downed in a storm, mail delivery, and such. There are no cameras inside the home.
