The spacious accommodation is spread over the top two floors of the building and is brimming with antiques and period features. Located between the foothills of the Sperrin's and the shores of Lough Neagh, it is an ideal base for exploring Mid-Ulster and Northern Ireland as a whole. The rooms have been tastefully decorated, whilst retaining many of their original features such as high ceilings and period oak floors. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite, one with a large free standing bath. The fully equipped kitchen contains a range of modern appliances and has a large spacious dining table. Guest access Guests have a private patio to the side of the property and access to a shared garden to the rear of the property. The secluded rear garden is associated with the coffee shop located in the ground floor of the bank building. This garden will be yours to use when the coffee shop closes at 4pm Mon-Sat and 3pm on Sun. Other things to note Situated to the rear of the property is a beautifully restored Coach House that may be rented separately (sleeps 7), or in conjunction with the main old bank building. This could be ideal for larger groups, small functions or two families travelling together. The garden between the two properties is shared, but the Coach House has a private garden to the rear of the property.
