Stylish bungalow with private garden

Simple, stylishly furnished apartment with large sun terrace and garden area. We look forward to welcoming you to our bungalow. We would like to make every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For this we, Domenico and Denise, Anton and Olivia, are always available to you during your stay with advice and action. The space The apartment (about 50 m²) consists of a very spacious living room with a small kitchenette, a dining table, a cozy double bed and 1-2 single beds. Through a hallway (with dressing room) you reach the shower room and another small toilet. The small kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for your daily needs. A small oven to bake up and two mobile induction plates allow you to prepare smaller, simple food. If necessary, a barbecue can be provided for the terrace. A private sun terrace as well as a part of the garden for shared use are available for you. Friends of the English garden will have no joy here, here the lawn can grow longer and the one or the other wild herb may stop with us. Guest access In the bungalow you live almost alone, and enter the apartment via a private entrance through the garden. Parking is available with a bit of luck on the road, otherwise there is sufficient in the place, which need a few hundred meters on foot. For check-in and unloading, stopping directly in front of the door is possible at any time! Other things to note Dexheim (about 1,500 inhabitants) impresses with its many wineries and the surrounding vineyards. In Dexheim itself there is a small shop for daily needs, two ostrich farms and for the little ones a great adventure playground. The vineyards invite you to strolls with a view, a cycle path for leisurely bike rides through Rheinhessen. The tourist magnets Nierstein and Oppenheim am Rhein are each 2 km away, here there is a beautiful old town to visit, a wide range of gastronomy and many shopping opportunities. In Oppenheim, the beach or far less visited sandy bays on the Rhine invite you to (sun)swim. If you like the larger city, is in about 25 minutes by car or train from Nierstein in Mainz, this visit is also worthwhile for shopping or going out. For our guests with four-legged friends a request (from experience): We like dogs and are always happy to have four-legged guests. In principle, however, we want our guests to be responsible. It is not desired that the dogs be left alone for a very long time. Furthermore, we would like to ask that you bring blankets and baskets for your dear blankets and don't let the dogs go to bed.
