Stylish bungalow with private garden

Simple, stylishly furnished apartment with large sun terrace and garden area. We are very happy to welcome you to our bungalow. We want to do our best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. That's what we stand for. We are Domenico and Denise, Anton and Olivia, always available to help you during your stay. The space The apartment (about 50 m²) consists of a very spacious living room with a small kitchenette, a dining table, a cozy double bed and 1-2 single beds. Through a hallway (with dressing room) you reach the shower room and another small toilet. The small kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for everyday needs. A small oven for baking and two mobile induction plates allow you to prepare smaller, simple dishes. If required, a barbecue can be provided for the terrace. A private sun terrace and part of the garden for shared use are at your disposal. Friends of the English garden will not be happy here, here the lawn can grow longer and one or the other wild herb may stay with us. Guest access In the bungalow you live almost alone, and enter the apartment through your own entrance through the garden. Parking is available with a bit of luck on the street, otherwise there is plenty in the village, which requires a few hundred meters walk. For check-in and unloading, you can stop right outside the door at any time! Other things to note Dexheim (about 1,500 inhabitants) is of course impressive with its many winegrowers' farms and the surrounding vineyards. In Dexheim itself there is a small shop for everyday needs, two wine taverns and a great adventure playground for the little ones. The vineyards invite you to take walks with a view, a bike trail for leisurely bike tours through Rhine Hesse. The tourist magnets Nierstein and Oppenheim am Rhein are each 2 km away. There is a beautiful old town to visit, a wide range of restaurants and many shopping opportunities. In Oppenheim, the beach or far less visited sandy bays on the Rhine invite you to sunbathe. If you like the bigger city, you can reach 25 minutes by car or train from Nierstein in Mainz, for shopping or going out, this visit is also worthwhile. For our guests with four-legged friends, a request (from experience): We like dogs and are always happy to have four-legged guests. In principle, however, we want our guests to be responsible. It is not desired that the dogs be left alone for very long. Furthermore, we would like to ask that you bring your dear blankets and baskets and do not let the dogs into bed.
