Welcome to Maroa Garden! A true Fig Garden home! Fig Garden is a historical neighborhood in Fresno close to some of the best shopping and dining options in town. Take it easy in this unique and tranquil getaway which is well kept, stylish and clean. The back patio and yard provide a private garden to relax, listen and watch the birds and the hear the wind swish in the 100 foot red woods surrounding the property. It is prepared and decorated to provide you comfort and a pleasurable stay. The space When you open the door, you will realize you made the right choice. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom which are very clean with brand new mattresses, linens and appliances. We were very careful to choose high quality and luxury brands. You can sleep in our Purple and Nova Foam mattresses and enjoy our cozy linens. If you enjoy cooking, you are very welcome to cook in a Le Creuset pan and use the new appliances (microwave, airfrier, waffle maker, blender, coffee maker) and more. Get a flower outside for the dinner table and make it special or a lemon off the tree for your salmon. The bathroom has a retro atmosphere and comes with all the amenities like shampoo, body wash, conditioner and hair dryer. The home is located near the major parks, Yosemite and Kings Canyon, as well as other major attractions like Chine Peak Ski Resort, Shave Lake, Pismo, San Luis Obispo, Carmel and Monterey. It is conveniently situated from SF and LA, both approx 3 hour drive each direction. If you are a wine lover, we are ready for you. Or wine refrigerator will keep your wine in the perfect temperature and the cellar stays cool, which we use as a wine cellar. There is a garage that you can use as well. If you need to work there are plenty of spaces to set up with high speed reliable internet and to relax we hope you can get the opportunity to use our backyard. The garden will bring you peace and the fire pit will keep you warm. There is a BBQ and plenty of space to relax and move around the property. in December, Van Ness Blvd is draped in lights and you can drive down to see the lights and 2 nights have walking nights, be sure and look it up. We are located near Fig Garden Village which has Whole Foods, Lululemon, Pottery Barn and other fine shops and dining options. To the north you can further explore the historical Fig Garden neighborhood, go have a ice cream at Ampersand or a coffee across from Fresno High School on Tom Seaver lane. If you wish to relax, enjoy the LCD TV which has cable and sound bar if you want to play music. We want you to feel as this is your home and have a fantastic stay with us! Guest access You will have access to the whole house and backyard. Other things to note The laundry and dryer will be installed soon. We ask for removing the shoes inside the house, please. Tracking mud into the home will be charged extra $40 for cleaning fee. Quiet hours - 10pm to 8am.
