The space The approx. 80 sqm holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our home and offers three modern and comfortably furnished rooms, as well as a balcony. The main bedroom features a comfortable box spring bed (160 x 200 cm). The second bedroom is equipped with a traditional Japanese futon, which can be used either as a double bed (160 x 200 cm) or as two single beds (80 x 200 cm each). Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Access is via a shared entrance; the apartment itself is reached by stairs to the upper floor. The large, fully fenced garden (approx. 1000 sqm) with a barbecue and relaxation area, as well as a sandbox and swing, is available for shared use. Other things to note *Notice about the Futon in the Second Bedroom* The second bedroom features a traditional Japanese futon (tatami and futon mattress) with an added topper for extra comfort. While ideal for children, guests with back problems or limited mobility may find the bedroom with the box-spring bed more comfortable. *Accommodation Tax Notice* The City of Neustadt am Rübenberge charges a mandatory accommodation tax of 4% on the accommodation price, including the mandatory cleaning fee. Pet fees are exempt from the accommodation tax. For Airbnb bookings, the tax is automatically collected during the booking process.
