Huge 16th Century, double linked Barn conversion, with 5 large bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 5 bathrooms, (3 en-suite). The Barns are linked with a fire door on the upstairs level, and can accommodate up to 13 people in comfort, plus 4 extra by arrangement. The properties are situated in a large, enclosed farmyard, and we live right next door 10metres away. Crick is a thriving village, in the heart of the English countryside. Private Chef's are available by separate arrangement. The space We have the latest CCTV recordable system overlooking the property for guest's safety and security. The whole property, Built of Northampton Stone, was given in war reperations to the Uncle of Oliver Cromwell, around 1650, because the village of Crick had sided with the Royalists, who were defeated at the deciding battle of Naseby, which is nearby. The Barns were originally stables, and can be linked, into one large house or can be easily separated into two completely independent houses. They have two kitchens, two dining rooms and two separate lounges, with five large bedrooms, with four double beds, & five single beds, with five complete bathrooms (three En-Suite) The house is Ideal for large groups, or gatherings. For insurance and other reasons, strictly, only guests who have booked with Airbnb and are staying are allowed in the premises. Visitors are not permitted without the owners permission.. The hosts live right next door, (10 metres away) and are happy to help and assist throughout your stay. in the main Manor House, in the yard, with their family & Greek rescue dog Roxy, and have been Superhosts since 2021 Guest access The whole building is accessible to guests through a fire door, allowing guests to mingle or perhaps read a book from our 200 book library, watch one of the two 50" & 42"TV's or just find a nice quiet spot for themselves. There are lots of amenities nearby locally, but most guests are happy to either go for local walks, or perhaps sit by the huge window area and enjoy the miles of uninterrupted views over the rolling Northampton countryside, or watch the teeming wildlife, flora and fauna, that inhabit and visit our fields that directly back onto the Barns garden. We saw Muntjack (Small deer) Foxes, Hedgehogs, Rabbits etc last year, as well as woodpeckers, finches, Blue Tits, Heron and many others, & we had Starling bird mumerations from November 2024 to February 2025 Other things to note We are lucky to have the services of two Fully Qualified Private Fine dining Chefs who live in the grounds of the property, and are available by separate arrangement, and details are available on request, with the hosts.
