Our small studio is located just under 5 miles and a maximum of a 10-minute drive to Tampa International Airport. Also just 2 minutes away from the Veterans Expressway which takes you to Clearwater, Saint Petersburg, and I-275 exit in 8 minutes or less. Ben T Davis Beach is also just a quick 10-minute drive, however, Clearwater Beach (rated one of the best) is only 20 miles away. A queen-size bed with a medium-firm memory foam mattress, comfortable pillows, and cozy sheets. The small kitchen is equipped with a small microwave, medium size fridge, dishes, cups, coffee mugs, and a Keurig coffee maker. The TV has access to Netflix, Roku and local channels. The entire property is well lit with sensor lights throughout. During the day you can enjoy the birds chirping and eating from the several bird feeders we have throughout the backyard, and at night you experience a very tranquil ambiance, it's very relaxing. However, it will be helpful to know your arrival plans to ensure all goes smoothly for you especially if you're arriving in the late hours. • Please ensure you have the right amount of guests on your reservation, this will not alter the price, and it lets us know how many guests we need to accommodate the space for. **Only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed access to the property and backyard.
