This is a timeshare resort. I book rooms with my timeshare points to rent to help pay my maintenance fees You check in with a guest pass in your name. MUST BE 21, WITH PHOTO ID & CREDIT CARD. The resort at check in will place a hold on the card for DAMAGES and PURCHASES. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING. There is laundry facilities. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. Must COMPLY with the resort rules. NO REFUNDS if the resort evict you for failure to do so. CHECK IN IS 4 PM. CHECK OUT IS 10 AM The space There is no specific room. Rooms are assigned by the resort at check in. You can request a room change without my permission, The room is small. It is 436 sq feet. It comes with a full kitchen. The kitchen has utensil , dishware and cleaning supplies. Please bring your own supplies of items such as salt, pepper and coffee. There is a balcony. There is free WIFI. There is a DVD. Common areas include a gym, activities center, indoor heated pool, hot tubs on roof top sun deck. A coal train stops behind the resort and there may be smoot that may effect people with breathing problems. No housekeeping but you can request clean towels. I have a strict cancellation policy. But I can provide a full refund if you cancel more than 15 days from check in. The resort has insurance that covers those last 15 days for $149.00.
