Villa with panoramic views centrally located in Svaneke

Lovely villa centrally located in Svaneke, 3 minutes walk from Svaneke Square. The villa has a large southwest-facing terrace, from which there are panoramic views over the beautiful Vigehavn, Hammersletten and a rock garden. There are three bedrooms on the 1st floor and one bedroom on the ground floor (with access to the terrace). Private parking. The house is nice and functional, but an older house (not newly renovated, e.g. two well-functioning bathrooms of an older date). NOTE: A sweet cat comes with the house and must be fed and watered daily. The space The house is a classic property from the 1890s, with high ceilings, bright rooms and a beautiful view. The house has a living room and 1st floor as well as a locked basement. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room connected with French doors to the living room. On the ground floor there is also an entrance hall, bathroom with shower. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a folding door to the terrace. This is the only access directly from the house and out onto the terrace (note you must go through a bedroom to get on the terrace as shown in the pictures or go through the garden). On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a rest room. NOTE: The bedrooms are not large. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed of 180*200 cm (pull-out bed but with good mattresses), two rooms have single beds. The bathrooms are functional, but older. NOTE: there is a large water heater. This means that a maximum of two or three people should take a bath immediately after each other, otherwise the water will be cold for the next person. However, the water heats up quickly again. NOTE: We have a cat that will be part of the deal. So if you have an allergy to cats or if you don't have the courage to take care of cats, then this is not the house for you. It's a cute and cuddly gray-striped cat named Murphy. He just needs food and drink daily, which we provide, and then he needs to be let in and out. He's easy to care for, but it's important that you're prepared for this to come with it. Guest access PLEASE NOTE we only rent from Sunday to Sunday. Guests will have access to the entire house except the basement. As well as access to terrace and garden and parking space. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE we only rent from Sunday to Sunday. It's important to be aware that our cat (Murphy) is part of the agreement. It's a really cute and cuddly gray-striped cat of two years. He is super easy to care for, just needs food and water daily and to be let in and out. But of course, it's important that you make it clear whether you want a cat to come along. We can recommend that you let the cat out for the night, just so you don't risk him waking you up very early to get out. He's perfectly fine being out at night.
