The upstairs for 2 people is fully reserved for you: - A spacious air-conditioned bedroom with a fridge, microwave and TV (Canal+, Netflix) - a landing room with a pool table and a sofa - an air-conditioned living room with two sofas and a large screen with video projector - bathroom with sauna Beyond 2 people, the 2nd bedroom on the ground floor is available for the 3rd person and beyond. - Secure parking The space The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of the house. At your disposal: - an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm + TV (Canal+, Netflix, Amazon Prime). - a landing room with an English pool table (option to play upon request) - An air-conditioned living room equipped with a video projector and a large screen (3 m x 2 m) on which you can watch Canal+, Netflix and Amazon Prime. - a bathroom (shower, toilet, sauna) - For young children, it is possible to set up a bed in the video room so that the parents are closer, or in the same room as the parents. We also have a crib. - The air-conditioned bedroom on the ground floor (assigned from the 3rd person) with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm wide and direct access to the garden. ● If 2 people wish to have a bedroom each, a surcharge of €20 will be requested. ● The bathroom and toilet (for this second bedroom) are upstairs and are reserved exclusively for the people in your reservation. They are therefore never shared with other guests. Meal and breakfast options. Read "Other information" Guest access This 70 m2 accommodation on the 1st floor is completely private. Access is via a staircase located in the dining room. The 2nd bedroom is on the ground floor. During your stay We are fully available by phone, text, email for any requests to satisfy you. Other things to note DINING Three options: 1) Restaurants in Saint-Florent-sur-Cher, 5 kilometers (3 miles) away. 2) a full meal (starter, house dish, cheese, dessert, coffee, herbal tea for 17.50 euros (excluding drinks) per person and 12 euros per child under 10 years old taken in the dining room or outside. Please let us know when you book. 3) your room is equipped with a fridge, microwave, plates, glasses and cutlery. You can warm up your food. BREAKFAST You have the option to have a full breakfast for 8.50 euros per person and 6.50 euros per child under 10 years old.
