The floor for 2 people is entirely reserved for you: - a spacious air-conditioned room with fridge, microwave and TV (Canal +, Netflix) - a landing room with an English pool table, a sofa - a living room with two sofas and a large screen with video projector - a bathroom with a sauna at your disposal. For more than 2 people, the 2nd bedroom on the ground floor is at your disposal Secure parking The space The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of the house. At your disposal: - one bedroom with a double bed of 160 + TV (Canal+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +). - a landing room with an English pool table (possibility to play on request) - a living room equipped with a video projector and a large screen (3m x 2m) on which you look at Canal+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +. - a bathroom (shower, toilet, sauna) - for young children, it is possible to make a bed in the video room so that the parents are closer or in the same room as the parents. We also have a crib. The bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed of 140 and direct access to the garden. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the bedroom on the 1st floor. Meal and Breakfasts Suggestions. Read "other info" Guest access This 70 m2 accommodation on the 1st floor is completely private. Access is via a staircase located in the dining room. The 2nd bedroom is on the ground floor. During your stay We are fully available by phone, text, email for any requests to satisfy you. Other things to note DINING Three options: 1) restaurants on Saint Florent sur Cher 5 kilometers away. 2) a full meal (starter, house dish, cheese, dessert, coffee, herbal tea for 17.50 euros (excluding drinks) per person and 12 euros per child under 10 years old taken in the dining room or outside. Please let us know when you book. 3) your room is equipped with a fridge, microwave, plates, glasses and cutlery. You can warm up your food. BREAKFAST You have the option to have a full breakfast for 8.50 euros per person and 6.50 euros per child under 10 years old. This breakfast is served on the ground floor in the dining room or outdoors according to your preferences. This home doesn't have a kitchen.
