Enter the living room and enjoy a large sofa, armchairs, and 50" TV. Make your way to the parlor for an upright piano. The formal dining room has charming built-ins and a full dining table. The king bedroom is on the first floor and queen bedroom is on the second floor. The private, fully fenced-in backyard is available for you to enjoy with a patio table and chairs. In the basement you will find a modern washer and dryer. Guest access The entire house with private entrance in front and back. You won't share the house with anybody else.
