This spacious 4BR/2BTH cozy rustic feel vacation house is within ~5 minutes walk to the Lake Harmony beach or ~8 minute drive to the Big Boulder/Jack Frost skiing. Grill your favorite food, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, enjoy hot tub or explore everything Lake Harmony and Split Rock Resort has to offer for your perfect summer or winter vacation. The space 1 room that fits 4 people with bunk bed. 1 room with queen size bed. 1 room with double day bed. 1 room with king size bed. 2 full bathrooms. Large dining room. Full kitchen Large living room with a fireplace Enclosed patio (3-season room) Rear yard with a fire pit Hot tub Other things to note Hot tub in the back of the property. In the winter snow may accumulate on the cover and stairs. It will be guests responsibility to remove. Guests are to utilize caution when using the stairs and the area around the tub, as it may be icy. We try to keep filled propane tanks with the grill, however, on occasion it may run empty. It would be guests responsibility to fill, if so desired. As a courtesy, we try to stock firewood (stored in the stack along the property line with the house on the left). Guests are welcome to use firewood, if it is there, but it is guests responsibility to obtain firewood during the stay.
