It is a spacious 3,400 sq ft brick home that is a perfect getaway that sleeps up to 15 people (maximum of 12 adults total with 2 adults per room). This 60+ year old brick home has been completely renovated from top to bottom, bringing the vintage into the modern. Two of the things we love doing at our home are the following: Sitting outside on the patio drinking your morning coffee, tea or water while listening to the birds chirp in our private fenced in backyard as well enjoying a sunset evening under the mature trees while sitting at the firepit roasting marshmallows or sipping wine. It is conveniently located to a lot of what metro Atlanta has to offer. It is situated less than 3-4 miles from Midtown Atlanta/Ponce City Market/Piedmont Park/Atlantic Station, less than 3 miles from the Mercedes Benz Stadium/State Farm Arena/Georgia World Congress Center/Georgia Aquarium/World of Coca Cola, less than 6 miles from Zoo Atlanta, and less than 3 miles from the brand new breathtaking Westside Reservoir Park (a nature lovers haven). The home features two owners' suites with their own en suite bathroom. The home has 6 bedrooms/4 full bathrooms with 5 king beds + 1 full bottom over a twin top bunk bed (all beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses), 2 pullout sleeper chairs (with twins mattresses), 2 (upstairs & downstairs) kitchens with the upstairs kitchen for your budding chef and features white quartz waterfall island. This in-town oasis has everything to keep you entertained on a rainy/cold day or even a "downtime" day with a game room with 2 arcade machines, 1 video pinball machine, a pool table, large Jenga and large Connect Four games for all to play and enjoy. There's no need to fight over what to watch. Everyone can have their own tv to watch what they like with our 9 tv's ranging in size from 50 inches to 75 inches. So you can keep up with your fitness goals after all of the good eating that you enjoyed during your stay in Atlanta. we have a separate fitness room in our home. There is a large fenced backyard full of entertaining activities such as Corn Hole, Putt Putt, Pop A Shot Basketball, Foosball, Miniature Soccer Field Set Up, Large Sized Connect Four, Picnic Table, 4 Lawn Lounge Beds, a Patio Lounge with mounted tv and Adirondack Chairs + Gas Firepit. We understand that gas is expensive today. So with that said, for those who are either driving to Atlanta that have an EV vehicle or plan on renting a car, we have your EV charging covered, no need to go pay for expensive gas or supercharging stations while on your trip to Atlanta. With Blissful Homes Away From Home you will be able to utilize our universal EV charging station at our home (you must bring your own universal adapter to charge your vehicle or have the rental car company provide one) Lastly, we have partnered with two amazing Chefs, Waan & Penny, who specialize in the most fantastic Thai dishes from their beloved country of Thailand. Their dishes are made to order for you with the highest quality and freshest ingredients. It is perfect for your corporate stays or entertaining friends and family who want to spend quality time together but also have room for "personal space."
