The Old Dairy at Baerami - Upper Hunter Valley

Character filled and cozy self contained accommodation in a converted c1940's dairy in the Upper Hunter Valley. Located within proximity of Denman & Sandy Hollow & just off the stunning Bylong Valley Way. Perfect stopover from the east coast to the Central Tablelands and Central West of NSW. Operating since 2003, The Old Dairy offers peace, tranquility & privacy in a gorgeous rural setting with breathtakingly views in all directions! You'll never want to leave! The space The cottage is located on a rather stunning 150 acre olive and beef cattle property, which runs down to the meandering Goulburn River. The cottage is about 200m from the main homestead and guests really do enjoy a lot of privacy. When the owners are on site, guests may be greeted by the gorgeous Buddy - a Kelpie/ Golden Retriever X (who believes it is his sole responsibility to make people feel welcome at The Old Dairy!!) & our herd of cattle, who are often let in to munch the grass in the paddock surrounding the cottage. Staying at The Old Dairy is a lovely rural experience! Guest access We welcome guests to explore the property, including wandering through the olive grove & down to the river. But we ask that in the interests of biosecurity shoes are cleaned prior to walking in the paddocks. And of course every gate opened must be securely closed.
