London South -Cozy 1 Bed flat/loft Clapham/Balham

London - This 1 bed flat is quite large covering two floors and balcony. Located in the heart of Balham and Clapham South - 2 floors up overlooking the high street. Great natural lighting and open space -located rocks throw from great restaurants/transport (tube, bus, rail) in one the best burroughs in London. Comes with very friendly 1 year old kitty. Affectionate and loves a chat. The space London South - This is a shared building with 4 other flats.....I live in this AirBNB property and set it up to be exclusively yours while I'm abroad as I'm not in London very often this summer. Queen size bed. Guest access 5 flats in the building and all neighbors are owners and have access to the building main entrance, but none have access to the flat. Other things to note Warning: You won't want to leave the flat as it's VERY cozy / fun :-)
