I am offering a quiet room with comfortable double bed, tea, small fridge and coffee making facilities, in a clean, friendly, tidy and spacious Edwardian home in a safe area and within walking distance to Brighton centre , the beach, Brighton Marina, Kemptown village, and South Downs. Direct bus to station. Regular buses into Brighton. We are an 11 minute drive to the Amex Stadium. Direct bus to University. A bus stop which will take you to Seven Sisters National Park is nearby The space You are staying in a delightful double room decorated in contemporary style and overlooking a private courtyard garden. The House was built in the Edwardian era and has a very cosy, comfortable feel about it. Your room is next to the bathroom but away from other rooms in the house so offers good privacy, peace and quiet. Guest access Guests will have access to a bathroom next to their room. Whilst smoking isn't permitted inside, you are welcome to smoke in the garden. Towels and bedlinen provided. There is a small fridge in the room . Parking is a citywide issue but is readily available here - but you do need a permit which I can obtain for you at £4.00 per day. Parking is free after 8:00pm and before 9:00am During your stay I know Brighton well as I have lived here for many years and I am happy to share my experience and knowledge with you. I will also respect your privacy so that you can fully unwind and enjoy all that makes Brighton so very special. However, I am always willing to make recommendations and help with reservations. Other things to note A very cute quiet dog lives at the property so please make sure that when you leave , you lock the front door securely and close the gate behind you. No treats or nibbles for the dog please ! Not suitable for children 0-12. Parking permits available at £4.50 per day .
