This fully remodeled and stylish guest house has everything you need for a weekend getaway or a longer term stay. Great for a small family, couples, or individuals. Enjoy a 15 minute drive to the beach, short walk to restaurants in the quaint village area of La Mesa. ***Recently Upgraded*** With a luxury king sized mattress The home is on a tree lined street—ample living area with smart TV, private patio, kitchen, and a separate bedroom with a dedicated work area and high speed internet. The space The property is adjacent to the primary residence but set down lower so there are no shared walls. As you enter there is a large living room and the dining area and kitchen are a step above. The bedroom is large and includes a luxury king-sized mattress (Bear Elite Hybrid) along with an office space (monitor, HDMI cord, webcam, keyboard/mouse). The bedroom has blackout curtains and there is space for the blow-up mattress near the office. Alternatively, it can be set up in the living room or guests can use the couch. However, we do not have darkening curtains in there. We also have a private patio area with artificial turf, ample seating, and a mini grill. This area is fenced in from our backyard.
