Your own garden cottage, handy to everything

You'll love the leafy views from our self-contained garden cottage. We are high on the hill in convenient Mitchelton with great NNE aspect. It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make) The space We take great pride in our home and hope you will enjoy our cute cottage. We recently renovated the kitchenette and living space, and you will find everything 100% clean and tidy. The kitchenette is well equipped with a large bench, rangehood, ample cupboard space, a portable 2-ring plug-in stove (no oven) & an all-fridge bar fridge, plus most of the things you would expect to find in a kitchen (cutlery, crockery, condiments and lots of things not starting with 'C'). If you need freezer space that can easily be arranged in our 2nd fridge/freezer that is undercover and adjacent to our carport. Please just ask and we will arrange some space for you. Guest access As well as the cottage we invite you to enjoy the garden. Other things to note We have a lovely elderly chocolate Labrador - Coco - on hand to greet you. She spends most days on our veranda. Our guests are more than welcome to take her for a walk but please check with us first so we can let you know where the lead is. We don't mind if you smoke anywhere where there is no ceiling overhead (eg garden or paved areas) but not inside please.
