Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house plus a lovely secure garden with decking and lawned areas. There is also a games/garden room with with a 50 inch tv with Freeview, a DVD player with 30 family friendly DVD’s and an XBox with a selection of games, this games room can also be converted into a fifth bedroom with twin beds, making it the ideal hideaway any reluctant teenagers in tow . Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and crockery for coking a serving meals for up to ten people, a variety of serving dishes and large pots and pans means most recipes can be produced effectively- just bring friends, family, fun and FOOD
