Welcome to rent my nice guest house on Selaön in Stallarholmen. Selaön is a summer idyll with a bridge connection. Here you live in a red cottage of 45 sqm with high standards in a rural environment and with a rich wildlife and nature around the corner. 200 meters to the nearest beach, 1 hour from Stockholm. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Toilet with shower, washing machine is in the kitchen. Equipped with air heat pump (A/C) and WiFi, included in the rental cost. The space Separate bedroom with a 120 cm bed, wardrobe and possibility of extra mattress on the floor is available. The living room contains a daybed with room for 2 people, 2x80 cm. TV with chromecast. Small workspace available. Dining area for 4 people is available in the kitchen which is equipped with combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster and other necessary household items. You bring your own bed linen and towels for the shower and the beach, it is possible to rent if desired. Duvets and pillows are available for all beds. Guest Access: You live in the guest house yourself and private parking for up to 2 cars is available directly adjacent to the cabin. Private patio with chairs and table for 4 people and a cafe-set for 2 people. Private barbecue available. There is no possibility to charge an electric car. Other things TO note: The guest is responsible for cleaning the guest house including final cleaning. The cottage should be in orderly condition when you leave! *Bed linens and towels are not included, bring your own. During your stay: The guest house is located on the same lot as the main house/dwelling house. Animals are on site; 1 small dog, 2 cats, rooster and hens. Bee hives are in a secluded part of the garden, not near the guest house so nothing that you will notice, they do not disturb!
