Kindly recommend our exclusive and comfortable brand new holiday apartment located in gated community with big swimming pool, for up to 8 people: 80 sqm, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, WiFi and a wonderful private sun terrace - 80 sqm, with a sitting and dining area, sunbeds, shower, kitchen with BBQ, sun and sea view all day long. The space This beautiful apartment has 80 square meters and is located on the first floor. It can accommodate up to 8 people – it consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the living room with dining area and big balcony, and a spacious open kitchen. Second floor it is private sun terrace (also 80 square meters) with a sitting and dining area, sunbeds, shower and kitchen with gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, blender, coffee machine and a dishwasher. There are also in the apartment: washing machine, iron and hairdryer. One bedroom has double bed and two others bedrooms have two single beds that easily can be pulled together to form a double bed. An additional sleeping space is a sofa bed in the living room. A child's bed and high baby chair are also available. There is also high speed fibre internet (100MBs) and a 49" TV set in the living room and smaller ones in every bedroom – there is over 30 channels and you can connect internet via every tv set. The apartment is equipped with central air-conditioning system which can cool (or heat) it in few minutes. Guest access Apart from the apartment, terrace and swimming pool area guests also have one place in the underground garage. Other things to note In this apartment check-in is at 4.00 pm and check-out at 10.00 am but if it is possible we are flexible with this ours – it depends on cleaning service. If you need earlier check-in or later check-out – let me know so we can talk about it. There is gas BBQ on the terrace. We are trying to provide a full gas bottle but if the gas runs out during the guest stay the bottle replacement remains the responsibility of the landlord.
